Your NDIS plan includes the three types of support budgets – core supports budget, capacity building budget and capital support budget based on what is reasonable and necessary for your goal. The level of support coordination is funded in the Capacity Building budget. We help you to increase your capacity to coordinate and implement supports in your plan and to maximize your social inclusion and community participation. If your plan does not describe the level of support coordination funded, you can still choose to purchase the level of support coordination suitable to your needs.
Our experienced support coordinators are ready to help you understand your NDIS plan and help you to connect the support services of your choice. By working with us, you will be able to increase your independency, decision making, choice and control and also meeting your goals.
Our support coordinators have been working to help the participants with different disabilities such as physical, intellectual, cognitive, neurological, visual, hearing or psychosocial disabilities.
We work with our participants based on their strengths and interest. We value what matters to our participants and focus on their needs to help them live their definition of a good life.
Our participants are given the choices of quality support providers and services details to choose and make a decision according to their preferences.
We have experienced working with different participants of different aged groups including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and Immigrants to Australia respecting multiculturalism.
Our support coordinators speak more than one language- Nepalese, Burmese, Hindi, Urdu, English.

We can be contacted via phone and emails on the weekdays at the opening hours, and also can be requested to have face to face meetings at the suitable area. If you have any enquiries on Weekends, our team still accepts emails to check out and make sure your enquiries are prioritized on the Monday mornings. Face to face communication can be set up on weekends as well.
