What is Support Coordination?
Support coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to organise your NDIS plan and the funding. There are three levels of support coordination- support connection, support coordination and specialised support coordination. Your NDIS plan includes funding for a support coordinator who can help you to understand the NDIS plan, connect you with the suitable NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services and also to help you focus on a specific goal. Support coordination helps you to build your confidence ands skills to coordinate your supports and have choice and control over the services you are being provided.
